International Collector's Group
The Mission and the Vision
Past, Present and Future

International Collector's Group (ICG), formerly named Men of Ideas, was the vision almost 50 years ago of Dennis Punches, founder and CEO of Payco American Corporation. Dennis wanted to assemble the best and brightest decision makers from the largest collections agencies in the world for a yearly meeting of the minds.

As the founder and leader of the largest collection agency in the world at that time, Dennis believed that an annual meeting of this type would promote visionary thinking and innovation. For nearly 5 decades this group has been at the forefront of industry trends, built camaraderie and maintained a high level of professional and personal respect among the recognized industry leaders that are members of this prestigious group.

Blending cultural traditions with innovative thinking through an international forum of ARM Industry leaders continues to be the focus of ICG. The most recent initiative to promote this vision of innovation is the appointment of a Board of Advisors. Jim Richards, Board Chairman of Capio Partners, LLC and Dennis Punches, founder of the ICG, lead the Board. In addition to Jim and Dennis the board is comprised of the past, current, and future presidents of ICG and the Treasurer, Beverly Wortman.

The purpose of the Advisory Board is to grow the organization and establish annual agendas that focus the attention of the entire membership on the most relevant topics in today's Global ARM Industry. The primary mission and vision of the ICG continues to be an international networking forum for the global exchange of new and creative ideas to engender ongoing innovation in the ARM industry.

Going forward it is the charter of the Advisory Board to make certain that the organization continues to include international CEOs from the largest first and third party collection agencies, collection law firms and debt buying companies. Mike Ginsberg will be consulting with the board to continually recommend the finest and best companies for ICG memberships. He will also work in concert with the board to provide site selection and agenda preparation.

Jim Richards commented, "I am excited about the changes we are making within the ICG and believe those changes will reinforce the original mission of this elite group. The Advisory Board members, as a group, believe that utilizing Mike Ginsberg and his organization will broaden our access to include the best and largest industry leaders in the world today."
